Good lunch spot The food was very good with a good recommendation from the waiter. The waiter allowed us to get the table we needed for the business meeting. Always a good spot in Alexandria.

A Good Experience (Could Use Some More Vegetarian Choices) This is an interesting addition to the Alexandria restaurant scene. It was conveniently located across the street from the local multiplex and we came for dinner after a movie. The interior is done in dark colors with ceiling baffles that keep the noise down so that even when it is busy you can have a conversation. I began with a delicious alcohol-free Negroni that was nicely bitter, though I would have preferred a little less ice. The starter Greek salad was good and was enough to share. There were two vegetarian entrees, a grilled vegetable wrap in the sandwich list and a vegetable stir fry with udon noodles, which I chose. It was very good with a smoky soy sauce. Some shitake mushrooms would make it better. It would be easy to provide a few more vegetarian choices by providing a plant-based burger option. For dessert we tried the raspberry-almond cake made with ground almonds, which was OK but nothing very exciting. I’d sweeten it a bit more, make the filling more like frangipani and would definitely increase the raspberry, either by adding more fruit or topping it with a coulis. It will be interesting to see how (and if) this place develops. We’ll try it again when we are at the lake cabin.

5 stars Absolutely fantastic mixed drink with vodka and berries. My halibut was perfectly spiced and tender. My son's steak and shrimp were grilled to medium and so tender you could cut his steak with a fork. We arrived a bit later for lunch and sat inside due to the high temps so we got one on one attention from the bartender. She was friendly and sincerely wanted us to have a delicious dining experience. I would come back here in a heart beat. 5 stars.

Absolutely great place I love this restaurant!!! They now have calamari which is my favorite and we had beer cheese soup!! The food was amazing, the staff was so great!!! I would ete there everyday if I could!!!
