Pike & Pint Grill was founded in 2015 by restaurant professional Kent Kopp, and his wife Rita. Kent started his career at his family’s restaurant at the age of 12, working for 35 years in the industry prior to starting Pike & Pint.
His extensive experience in the kitchen helped to craft the Pike & Pint’s cutting edge scratch menu. They invited Jesse Branstad on as the managing partner. Jesse worked for 15 years in the industry as a bartender and manager, and his experience and vision helped shape our dynamic craft beer program and our service standards.
Pike & Pint Grill is a concept based upon giving our guests the opportunity to explore hand-crafted food and regional craft beer. It all starts with quality, and that’s why we purchase only the finest ingredients. Like the legendary craftsmen of decades past, we believe in taking pride in the product and dining experience we provide.
Our menu is built upon the premise that our guests are ready to explore new foods and cooking styles. Our craft beer program
was built upon the perception that craft beer drinkers are forever exploring new beers. Strong relationships with distributors
and brewing partners ensure we have access to great beers that are often limited release or hard to obtain.
